Parastoo Naderi’s legal education began in 2004, when she entered law school in Iran. She then worked for eight years as a legal professional — handling files, drafting documents, and guiding clients through difficult legal problems.
After moving to Canada, she continued her legal training and became a Licensed Paralegal, Notary Public, and Commissioner of Oaths in Ontario. That combination of experience shapes a practical, careful style of work, with explanations that clients can follow.
At Naderi Legal Services she represents clients in landlord and tenant matters, Small Claims Court, and traffic tickets and provincial offence matters, and she provides notary and commissioning services.
The firm’s physical office is in North York, while clients are served across Toronto, the GTA, and surrounding communities, including North York, Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan, Scarborough, Mississauga, Brampton, Aurora, Newmarket, Pickering, Ajax, and other communities where appropriate. Many matters can also be handled remotely or virtually when the process allows.

I have 5 summons tickets including driving under suspend, the matter resolved and driving under suspend min $1000 up to $5000 fine and she resolved this matter with $350 resolve this matter with fail of to have a license. She also solve other tickets. I highly recommend her
